These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of Rentabike-Samui (“we”, “us”, “our”) platform. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Booking and Payments
• Booking: Users can search for and book motorcycle rentals through our platform. All bookings are subject to availability.
• Payments: Payments for bookings must be made through the platform using the available payment methods. The rental price will be charged in Euro (EUR) on the platform, as will any refunds.
Cancellation and Modification Policy
• Cancellations and modifications are free if made at least 3 days before the rental start date.
• Cancellations and modifications made between 3 days and 24 hours before the rental start date will incur a fee.
• Cancellations and modifications are not allowed within 24 hours of the rental start date.
• To modify or cancel a booking, users must fill out a form provided in the confirmation booking email.
• Users have the option to choose a flexible type booking on the platform to cancel for up to 6 hours before rental begins.
Deposit
A deposit must be paid in cash in Thai Baht (THB) at the delivery of the motorcycle on the first day of the rental period. The deposit will be returned in cash in the same currency at the end of the rental period, provided there are no damages or other issues. It is the responsibility of the user to verify the condition of the motorbike before signing the rental contract, using any solution they have to save it, such as taking pictures with their phone.
Health Insurance
Health insurance is provided by the Thailand government on every motorcycle available on the platform. Health insurance is covering body injuries up to 5000 THB (Thai Baht)
User Responsibilities
• Users must provide accurate information during the booking process.
• Users must comply with the rental provider’s terms and conditions.
• The user is responsible for reimbursement of costs related to the destruction of the vehicle, broken spare parts, theft or loss of the vehicle. The depositor cannot under any circumstances cover these costs. The rental provider undertakes to go, with the user, to the dealership of the brand of the rented vehicle in order to prove the price of the repairs to the user. The user must pay all related costs.
Limitation of Liability
Rentabike-Samui is not liable for any disputes, damages, or issues that arise between the user and the rental provider. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of the motorcycles rented through our platform.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and the country in which Rentabike-Samui is established, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
