Booking
Can I modify or cancel my booking?
You can cancel or modify your rental for free up to 72 hours before it begins. Fees apply for modification or cancelation less than 72 hours before rental begins.
How much does cancellation or modification cost?
The cancellation or modification fee less than 72 hours before the rental begins is 30% of the total rental amount (options not included), and 50% less than 24 hours before the rental begins.
Do you offer long term rentals?
There is no limitation on the rental period. Long term and short term are possible on the platform. The minimum rental period is 2 days.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept major credit/debit cards and other secure payment gateways.
How will I know if my booking is confirmed?
Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with all the details of your rental.
Can I book a motorcycle for someone else?
Yes, you can book a motorbike for someone else. Please ensure you provide their details correctly during the booking process.
What documents do I need to rent a motorbike?
Only a photo of the driver's passport is required for all vehicles with a power of less than 300cc. Beyond this power, the passport must be given upon delivery and for the entire duration of the rental.

Of course, 2 adult helmets are provided with the bikes. Children's helmets are optional.

Yes, all our motorbikes are regularly maintained and inspected to ensure they are safe and in good working condition.

You can choose from the available models listed on our platform. Availability of specific models may vary based on location and demand.
Is there a mileage limit on the rented motorcycles?
Mileage is unlimited on all models offered on the platform. However, it is prohibited to travel outside the island of Koh Samui.

Health insurance is included up to 5000 baht in the rental price.
What does the insurance cover?
In the event of an accident, the included insurance covers bodily injury.
Can I purchase additional insurance coverage?
Rentabike does not offer additional insurance. It is generally advisable to take out personal insurance for all travelers.
