How it works
The information below will also be provided in the confirmation email.
1 - Contact
You will be contacted 30 minutes before delivery of the vehicle at the number indicated in the reservation form.
2 - Delivery
Delivery of the vehicle to the desired address. Bring your passport with you to verify your identity.
3 - Vehicle check
Take a few photos of the vehicle in the presence of the delivery staff. Be sure to photograph any scratches or other damage.
4 - Contract
Check the information on the rental agreement provided with the vehicle before signing.
5 - Passport and deposit
Pay the deposit in cash in Thai Baht. Hand in your passport (only for motorcycles over 300cc).
6 - Return of the vehicle
On the scheduled date and time, a staff will come and collect the vehicle, check its condition, and return the cash deposit and your passport.
What to do if you encounter a problem
Emergency numbers will be provided in the confirmation email. The rental company number will be provided in the rental contract.
Accident
In the event of an accident, whether responsible or not, it is imperative not to move the vehicles and to contact the rental company (provided in the rental contract). He will report the accident to the local police and will guide you on the procedure to follow.
Loss or theft
If the vehicle is lost or stolen, you must contact the local police. They will notice the theft. You can then contact the rental company to inform them and provide them with the observation documents.
Modification / cancellation
You can modify or cancel free of charge up to 72 hours before the start of the rental by clicking on the cancellation link in the confirmation email.
